Right now, I love Riviera Club Menswear. 3 stylish dudes from California who just released their Spring ‘11 lookbook, and how great is this shoot?! We’ve already established that art inspires fashion, but I have most recently felt the reverse effect.

While unpacking I stumbled upon one of my favorite art books - Andrew Wyeth, Memory & Magic. Wyeth really is a magic maker. He has such a timeless style and gift for precision. Everything he records from observation almost feels like it was from a dream. I just love him and one of these damn days I plan on visiting his estate.

Day Off
Oh boy oh boy! Today has been amazing thus far. It started off with this delicious (and unhealthy) breakfast followed by funny yoga. Okay let me explain this one, while in the ‘happy baby’ pose (with our legs spread wide open - crotches in the air) our instructor says “Congratulations - no one has a hole in their pants!”. I totally lost it. Good times. Happy Saturday all.

Since In a Dream I have not been able to shake the impact of Efterklang’s music set to film. Now Vincent Moon (the street cinematographer of The Take Away Shows) is making a film of the band’s life and music. Can’t wait to have my blown away by this.
